At Vigorous Takeover, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your item, we’re here to help.
Return Window:

You can return items within [7] days from the date of receiving your order. After this period, unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or offer exchanges.
Eligibility for Returns:

Items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags still attached.

Sale items or clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Gift cards are non-refundable.
How to Return:

Contact our customer support team at info@vigoroustakeover.comto initiate a return. Please include your order number and reason for return.

We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your item back to us.

Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria (unworn, unwashed, with tags).

We will process your refund or exchange once your return is confirmed.
Return Shipping Costs:

For returns due to customer preference (size, style, etc.): You are responsible for return shipping costs.

For defective or damaged items: We will cover the return shipping costs, and you will receive a full refund or a replacement item.
Refunds:

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once your return is processed. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to appear on your account.

If you paid via gift card, the refund will be issued as store credit to your Vigorous Takeover account.
Shipping Policy

All orders are typically processed and shipped within 2-3 business days of purchase.

Orders placed during weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.
Shipping Rates:

Standard Shipping: Flat rate of $9.99 for orders within [USA].

Expedited Shipping: Available for an additional charge of $30, with delivery in 2-3 business days.

Shipping Delays:

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, Vigorous Takeover is not responsible for any delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or other external factors. If your shipment is delayed, we will notify you as soon as we receive an update from the carrier.
Shipping Restrictions:

We do not ship to P.O. boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO). Please provide a valid residential or business address during checkout.
